About us

Shearz Institute LLC was founded in August 2019 by Jasmine Spears, along with partners Tiffani Fears, and Valencia Reddington—three passionate women dedicated to making a difference in the beauty industry. 

Licensed by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology & Barbering since January 17, 2020, Shearz Institute welcomed over 90 students on its first day, January 27, 2020. The institute offers programs in Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetics, and Nails, with flexible full-time and part-time options. With more than 300 students on the pre-enrollment list, Shearz Institute is committed to long-term success.

Shearz Institute actively gives back to the community through initiatives like Senior Wednesdays, offering half-off services for seniors 65+, and $1 haircuts for families on Thursdays. Monthly family and friends events showcase student talents with free food, drinks, and live entertainment.
